Epic Games is the company that created the Unreal Engine. The games they are best known for are Gears of War 1-3 and Fortnite. Due to signing a NDA I cannot disclose everything I have worked on at this company.

Provided Support for 3rd Party Companies (AAA and Enterprise)

I regularly provide support for third party companies with the following support:

  • Create individualized solutions for user's problems.

  • Provide engine support best practices.

  • Determine if their issue is a bug and log it while providing a temporary workaround.

Verified, Replicated, Debugged, & Logged Bugs involving C++ & Blueprints

Users submit bugs that they run into and I verify, replicate, debug, and log bugs. I regularly learn new things due to exposure to so many different parts of the engine including how to use C++ and blueprints in tandem.

Acted as primary Point of Contact with Twinmotion (Epic Subsidiary)

I am the main point of contact with TwinMotion, which is an architecture visual software company. I handle working out and triaging the bug submissions and work with Twinmotion to establish standard procedures for customer interaction.

Created Company Wide Engine Support Metric Reports

Twice a week I create engine support metrics reports that encompass the entirety of Epic Games across the globe. This goes out to all the highest executives, producers and sales teams in the company and is used to help direct the efforts of all the various departments.
