Cubic Simulation Systems is a subsidiary of Cubic Global Defense. We employed an Agile/SCRUM production methodology.
I worked with another producer on the LCS training program for the US Navy. Due to signing a NDA I cannot disclose certain pieces of information about my work at Cubic.
JIRA Project Administration for Multidisciplinary Teams
I was in charge of managing the JIRA instance for the LCS project. This involved:

Updating workflows, custom fields, screens, etc.

Created and maintained multiple dashboards (including filters).

Converted a project from one template to another.
Improved Process Workflow
Throughout the project we were updating processes as we learned how to best create content and I updated our JIRA instance. This meant updating all the relevant workflows, screens, issue type filters, etc.
Created Regular Progress Reports
I was in charge of creating regular reports and I streamlined the process of gathering large amounts of data very quickly. This involved pulling information from JIRA using custom filters and copying data into an automated excel document.
Maintained JIRA Boards and Dashboards for Multiple Teams
I maintained JIRA sprint boards & dashboards for multiple teams. I was constantly adjusting the filters and types of data they were presenting while balancing the needs of everyone that used the board.
Ran Sprint Retrospectives
I ran sprint retrospectives during which helped identify and record the following on the company wiki:
